Refund Policy

Last updated 3 October 2026

The Free plan lets you try Swipework before you pay. If a paid purchase isn't right for you, here's when you can get your money back.

In short

1. Who handles refunds

Paddle.com is our online reseller and the Merchant of Record for every order, so Paddle processes every refund. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Paddle's refund policy and your legal rights also apply, and whichever gives you more is the one that counts.

2. Plans (Pro and Agency)

3. Credit packs

You can get a full refund on a credit pack within 14 days of buying it, as long as you've used less than 10% of its credits. That's fewer than 50 credits from a 500-credit pack. Pack credits are spent only after your plan credits run out, so a pack you haven't needed yet stays unused.

4. Failed or broken generations

If an AI action fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically, and you don't need to ask. If a result was unusable because of a problem on our side, email us and we'll look at returning the credits.

5. What happens after a refund

We remove the credits that the refunded purchase added. If you refund a plan, your account moves to the Free plan straight away.

6. When we may refuse a refund

We may refuse a refund in these cases:

None of this limits your legal rights.

7. Your legal rights

If you're a consumer in the EU, the UK or another place that gives you a legal right to cancel, that right applies in addition to this policy. Nothing here limits it.
