Terms of Service
Last updated 3 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Md Shafiur Rahman, a sole proprietor in Bangladesh who runs Swipework (“Swipework”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of the Swipework app at swipeworkai.com and anything you buy for it. By creating an account or using Swipework, you accept these terms.
In short
- Swipework is a design tool. You make carousels and export them, then publish them yourself. We never post for you.
- You own what you make. We don't use it to train AI.
- AI actions cost credits, and each button shows its price. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
- Paddle sells our plans and credit packs as our Merchant of Record.
- You can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
1. The service
Swipework helps you plan and design carousel posts for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. It uses AI to analyse your customer and to write slides and captions. On paid plans it can also generate images. You edit the result and export it as PNG images or a PDF, then publish it yourself.
Swipework doesn't connect to or post on any social network. It doesn't sell followers, likes, views or any other engagement. Swipework isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn, and their names are trademarks of their owners.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Each account belongs to one person. Don't share your sign-in or resell access. An agency may use its account to make content for its clients.
- You can delete your account at any time. Select your email (on a phone, your initials), then choose Delete account. This permanently removes your carousels, brand kits, images and remaining credits.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- Swipework has a Free plan and two paid plans, Pro and Agency. Their features and prices are on the Plans page. Prices are in US dollars, and tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- Every AI action costs a fixed number of credits, shown on its button before you use it. Credits can only be spent on AI actions in Swipework. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold, and they're refunded only as our Refund Policy describes.
- Plan credits are added at the start of each billing period (each month on the Free plan) and don't roll over.
- Credits from top-up packs don't expire while your account is open. They're used after your plan credits run out.
- If a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
- We may change features or what an action costs in credits. Each button always shows the current price before you use it. We'll tell you at least 14 days before a price change applies to your subscription.
Our order process is run by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for every order. Paddle processes your payment, issues your invoice, collects any sales tax or VAT, and handles refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase alongside these terms. We never see or store your full card details.
Paid plans renew automatically every month at the current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan.
Exports on the Free plan carry a small Swipework watermark, and the Free plan has the limits shown on the Plans page. If you move to the Free plan, your existing work stays, but the Free limits apply to anything new.
4. Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back. It forms part of these terms.
5. Your content
“Your content” means what you put into Swipework, such as briefs, brand kits, logos and images, and what Swipework generates for you, such as analyses, slides, captions and images.
- You own your content, to the extent the law allows. We don't claim any ownership of it.
- You let us store, process and show your content only as needed to run Swipework for you. This includes sending it to our AI providers to generate results. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups, which expire on their own schedule.
- We don't use your content to train AI models, and we don't sell it.
- You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload, such as logos, photos and brand names.
6. AI output
- AI can be wrong, and its output may not be original or may resemble output made for other people. Review every slide, caption and image before you publish it, and check facts, claims, prices and translations.
- You're responsible for what you publish, for following the rules of the platform you publish on, and for following the advertising and consumer laws where you sell.
- We don't promise any result, such as reach, engagement, leads or sales.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Swipework to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- create sexual, hateful, harassing or violent content, or anything that exploits minors;
- impersonate a person or brand, or create images of a real person without their consent, including face swaps and deepfakes;
- make false or misleading claims, including health, financial or income claims you can't back up;
- infringe copyright, trademarks or anyone else's rights;
- send spam, or create fake reviews, followers or engagement;
- access Swipework by automated means, scrape it, probe its security, reverse engineer it, or get around its credit, plan or rate limits;
- resell Swipework or its credits.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. If we close your account for breaking them, you won't get a refund.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Swipework available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, and its features may change. If we ever shut Swipework down, we'll email you at least 30 days before. We'll also refund the unused part of any paid plan period and any unused credits from packs you bought.
9. Ending this agreement
You can stop using Swipework and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if the law requires it. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to put things right first.
10. Disclaimers and liability
- Swipework is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim about Swipework is limited to what you paid for Swipework in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing.
- Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited, or any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Before a significant change takes effect, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days ahead. If you keep using Swipework after that, you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction. If consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, you keep that right.
